What if I’m not sure which style to choose?
If you are unsure about which service would be best for you, don’t worry! I am here to help. When you arrive for your appointment, we’ll have a consultation to discuss your needs and desired look. Based on your hair type, face shape, and personal preferences, I will recommend the most suitable style for you.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
I understand the unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice so that I can offer the slot to another client.
What is the late policy at Shipwrecked Barbershop?
I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than ten minutes late after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and considered a missed appointment. I understand that unexpected delays can occur, so please notify me as soon as possible if you anticipate being late. I will do my best to accommodate you, but I cannot guarantee the full service.

What is the policy regarding no shows or missed appointments?
I value the time of both my clients and myself. A no show or missed appointment not only affects my schedule but also denies another client the opportunity for a service. Therefore, any no show or missed appointment will incur the full cost of the scheduled service. I kindly request that you inform me in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any charges.
